After completing his training from Military College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Secunderabad and serving Nizam State Power House, he founded the company in the year 1958 in Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh.

Sri. Ramesh Singh Bidesi, the current Proprietor of BSEW, after completing his M.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras in the year 1983 has steered the business from a modest beginning of a 200 sqft facility to a multi storied 3500 sqft state of the art facility for servicing motors and generators of all kinds.
This unmatched progress is a testimony to his exceptional technical skills resulting from a perfect blend of practical as well as theoretical knowledge built over 30 years.
